At Capgemini Portugal, we are looking for an Operations Manager who is able to add value to our projects.

As Team Leader you will be responsible for operations with your own resources in your
- based perimeter. You will ensure profitability through staffing, sales and renewals.

You will be responsible for:

• Selecting and approving the recruitment of your team;
• Ensuring the staffing needs of the project;
• Managing and developing your team;
• Managing the needs of the clients whom your consultants are recruited.

We value:

• Degree in Computer Science or Management;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Autonomous, communication and leadership skills, positive thinking and proactivity;
• Experience with the insurance industry;
• Fluent in French (optional).
