Job Details: Kantar’s Worldpanel Division operates continuous consumer panels collecting purchase and usage information. Panel members report their behaviour across a wide range of markets including grocery, personal care, snacking, fashion, entertainment and telecoms. Our goal is understanding consumer behaviour in terms of understanding what people buy, where they buy it and why. Our client base is varied and includes product manufacturers, retailers, media companies and City institutions.
Kantar’s Worldpanel Operations division is responsible for the

- end process of producing our data, from collection and processing of raw data through to the production of end user databases and reports. The quality of information provided by our panel members is essential and the department will ensure that quality standards are maintained, with improvements being identified and implemented as required.

Role's Mission: Ensuring smooth implementation of the monthly projects, scripting questionnaires, and working collaboratively to deliver against business requirements. We are seeking a
- oriented and analytical candidate with a keen interest in the beauty and personal care sector to join our
- paced and innovative Global Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support key processes, develop technical and operational skills, and contribute to the smooth running of our Usage Care service.
Main Responsibilities:
Service Management:
- Support the running of our quarterly surveys.
- Assist in delivering key operational projects and initiatives.
Questionnaire:
- Develop familiarity with internal questionnaire scripting tools.
- Learn to maintain and enhance Usage Care questionnaires.
- Conduct testing to ensure questionnaire accuracy and functionality.
- Assist in sample selection and collaborate on improving questionnaire design.
Data Interrogation:
- Demonstrate ability to analyse data and present findings.
Key Capabilities:
Your background will ideally look like this:
- Experience with running operational processes.
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- High attention to detail.
- Collaborative and
- oriented approach. - Professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
With the following qualities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrative technical proficiency, particularly with Excel.
- Proven numerical skills and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power
BI (nice to have). - Familiarity with questionnaire scripting systems (e. g. Confirmit, Dimensions, Lumi, Questback, Tivian) (nice to have).
- Knowledge of SQL or other data mining tools (nice to have).
