- day operations, ensuring smooth communication with our customers, suppliers, and partners, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
2. Manage and communicate with suppliers and partners to fulfill orders and maintain stock levels.
3. Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth order fulfillment from our suppliers to our customers.
4. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to their orders.
5. Support inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of products.
6. Collaborate with the team to streamline and improve operational processes.
7. Assist in maintaining and growing our customer base through efficient operations and great service.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
2. Previous experience International in the textile industry is a plus.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
5. Based in the Guimarães/Fafe area (or willing to relocate).
6. A proactive and
   - oriented mindset.
7. Excellent communication skills, both with customers and suppliers.
