- functionally and closely with Rev
Ops, GTM, and Support. You will also support business growth by building robust and smart processes.

The Team

You will be the third hire for our Cash Flow Operations Team. Fear not, you will be fully supported by a much larger Cash Flow Domain!

What will you get up to?

1. Creating & successfully implementing processes for
   - facing competencies like Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support.
2. Be responsible for reporting on the domain level, providing insights and actionable items to stakeholders.
3. “Run the business” by working on a
   - competency level, liaising with Engineering, Data, and Product Management teams to answer Cash Flow products related questions raised by
   - facing teams.
4. Handle Collections tasks and thereby help increase our collections rate by timely
   - ups with delinquent customers as per our collections procedures.
5. Detect inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to solve those.
6. Creating insights using internal data, feedback from
   - facing teams, and customer feedback; in order to improve our current policies.
7. Operational tasks using tools such as Postman, Vitally, Hubspot, and Linear.
8. Be the voice of the customer within the Cash Flow domain.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

1. Have 1+ year experience in an Operations role.
2. Have advanced Excel skills e. g. VLOOKUPs, IF formulas, sorting, and analyzing data.
3. Can work independently to drive workload and identify areas of opportunity.
4. Have experience troubleshooting and/or answering complex customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
