We are looking for a reliable and dedicated professional to join our Supply Chain team as an Operational Purchaser, based in Lisbon, Parque das Nações.

Responsibilities

• Processing Purchase requests and Orders.
• Purchase administration.
• Internal and External communication.
• Reporting of supplier performance and various KPIs.
• Data collection and verification of Master data.
• Monitoring
  - time deliveries.
• Reporting on meetings and general admin.
• Assisting in the setup of process definitions and standards.
• Assessing discrepancies in invoices.
• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• You have a good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is a preference.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP), or willing to learn.
• Commercially driven, aware of costs,
  - resistant.
