Functions:

• Manage and coordinate daily merchandise export/import operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain constant communication with customers and suppliers to ensure service satisfaction.
• Solve operational and logistical problems efficiently.
• Prepare and manage documentation.

Requirements:

• Operational knowledge of maritime export and import.
• Proactivity, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving.
