Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operador Mainframe to join our team on a
- time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mainframe systems and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and availability

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the mainframe systems

- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new mainframe solutions

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support when necessary

- date with industry developments and recommend improvements to enhance the mainframe systems

- Document processes and procedures for future reference

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with mainframe systems

- Strong knowledge of mainframe operating systems, such as z/OS and z/VM

- Experience with mainframe hardware, including IBM z
Series and z/Enterprise

- Familiarity with programming languages, such as COBOL and Assembler

- Excellent
- solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
