? We are looking for an Onboarding Support Agent to join our client's team and assist newly registered buyers in successfully navigating their online auction platform.

Our client operates a B2B marketplace for car dealers, connecting vendors who provide used vehicles with buyers across Europe. As part of their Onboarding Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for new buyers, ensuring they receive the necessary training and guidance to confidently make purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Training Sessions – Conduct training for newly registered buyers, helping them understand the platform and key sales conditions.

Buyer Discovery Sessions – Engage with buyers to assess their needs, preferences, and purchasing potential, recording key details in Salesforce (SF).

Onboarding Follow-Up Coordination – Proactively follow up with buyers to ensure they feel confident and prepared to start purchasing.

competências

Requirements:

Experience in customer relations is mandatory.

Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus.

Basic car knowledge/interest is a plus.

Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
