Job Overview:

We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This
- site role offers the opportunity to work in a
- paced and dynamic environment within the web services industry. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to French-speaking clients, assisting with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. The role requires fluency in French and a good command of English (B2 level). Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide professional and timely support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive and helpful customer experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay

  - date on the company’s products and services to offer accurate and reliable information to customers.
• Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders, ensuring smooth processing.
• Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical assistance to customers related to web services. Training will be provided as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
• Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to help improve the products, services, and processes.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French: Native or
  - native proficiency in both written and spoken French.
• B2 English Proficiency: A good level of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a
  - first approach.
• Local Candidate: Only candidates residing within 30 km of Porto will be considered.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
  
  You may work on any of these days, with a rotating schedule based on business needs.

Relocation:

• No relocation assistance is provided. The candidate must already reside in or around Porto.
