Our O&M Business Line is looking for an O&M Coordinator for Lisbon who will have the following responsibilities:

• Management of all required resources of a specific area where the PV Plants are located;
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating maintenance activities, managing technical teams throughout the area to meet the established contract commitments;
• Responsible for full compliance with the scope of works and KPIs contractually defined and respective interfacing with clients;
• Participate and lead on the most complex maintenance activities for troubleshooting and diagnostics of failures, with a team of field technicians;
• Evaluate and propose the best solutions to perform retrofit, revamping, and improvements on the PV Plants;
• Management of guarantees with suppliers;
• Compliance with all company procedures and guidelines;
• Assure the correct usage of software and systems available to support the O&M activities;
• Responsible for ensuring and controlling the correct implementation of good practices and legal and health, safety, and environmental requirements;
• Interface with grid operators and all local stakeholders involved in the implementation of O&M activities;
• Always be prepared to attend and support emergencies on the installations managed;
• Participate in integrated commissioning and
  - up of new contracts;
• Assist in recruiting and training a structure of maintenance technicians to set up preventive maintenance plans.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Electrotechnical Engineering Degree;
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions in the renewable energy sector;
• Knowledge of maintenance management processes and systems;
• Knowledge of Medium Voltage and Power Electronics;
• Technical design knowledge;
• Experience in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, hydroelectric, or other);
• Proficiency in MS Office 365;
• Available for national and international travel.
