Our People Team is hiring, and we are looking for our next Office Taskmaster. Is that you?

Your Mission Will Be:

Office Management

• Management of office supplies and suppliers’ contracts (e. g. cleaning products and other items);
• Organization of common areas (kitchen, meeting rooms);
• Maintenance of the office environment, ensuring its functionality (e. g. ordering food and drinks, ensuring all rooms and bathrooms have necessary supplies such as toilet paper, air fresheners, hand soap).

Administrative and HR Support:

• Support in the logistics of internal and external events;
• Management of documentation;
• Organization of business travel arrangements;
• Logistical support for internal and external events;
• Support in invoicing and expenses control;
• Onboarding and offboarding processes: relevant documentation (work contracts, equipment handling, etc. );
• Maintenance of updated employee information;
• Management of the office email inbox and physical mail handling;
• General support to the HR team.

Really important to have:

• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
• Organization skills
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proactivity
• Time and priority management
• Attention to detail
• High School degree.

Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good:

• Experience and/or qualification as an administrative assistant.
