Office Services Assistant
We is currently seeking a Transition Assistant to join a growing and exceptional team. You will provide administrative support and coordination activities for new advisory teams joining the firm.
What will you do?
Process account openings, including preparing the documentation and obtaining client signatures
Track all aspects of account opening process
Complete daily requests and reports as required
Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts
Utilize contact management system for everyday task management
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English
Autonomous, committed, and motivated spirit
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to travel to various branches across Canada
Experience in the securities industry or financial services sector
Nice-to-have
Completion of or working towards Industry Certifications
Leadership Experience
