We are looking for a Technical Support based in Porto.

What you’ll do:

1. Appreciation of production processes, including change and release management.
2. Performance analysis: acknowledgment of daily reports, logs, complex alerts management.
3. Deployment of new versions of platforms: migration of the latest versions,
   - regression tests during migration.
4. Able to investigate &
   - shoot technical issues.

Your skills & qualifications:

1. 1+ years of work experience in client support.
2. Knowledge of Scripting (Bash, Python).
3. Familiar with support skills as well as deployment, which include Linux administration and databases.
4. Understanding of programming concepts such as call stacks, threading, synchronization,
   - related concepts, and debugging.
5. Ability to speak and write in French.
