Location

About the role:
As a Nutrition and Community Specialist (Nutritionist), your primary responsibility will be to structure and optimize the recruitment process for nutrition professionals within Nutrium Care in Brazil.
You'll lead the hiring and onboarding process, so your role includes screening candidates, managing communications, conducting interviews, and evaluating performance - to ensure we bring in top talent!
You'll oversee and document the entire hiring process, from contract signing to the first appointments on Nutrium Care. Additionally, you'll support training, provide ongoing guidance, and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for all selected professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize and evaluate applications from nutritionists, ensuring they meet the required qualifications;
- Schedule and arrange interviews with candidates via email or phone;
- Communicate with professionals, providing clear instructions throughout the process;
- Conduct interviews with prospective nutritionists;
- Track and document all stages of the selection process;
- Guide and train selected professionals through online training sessions and by responding to inquiries, via email or other contact methods.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and intermediate English (for internal communication);
- Strong communicator with empathy and the ability to train and guide others;
- Proactive,
- motivated, and highly organized, with strong time management skills; - Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new digital tools;
- Problem-solver with a
- driven mindset; - Experience in people management, ideally in the nutrition field;
- Preferably based in Portugal.
Nice To Have:
- Experience in people management in the clinical field (leading teams in the clinical nutrition area);
- Experience with clinical nutrition and nutritional appointments.
