Job Description:

Well known social media platform is looking for candidates to handle their posted content in various ways.

• You will be a central point of moderation for reports related to abuse and harassment among Virtual Reality users.
• You will develop solutions based on existing protocols, procedures, and instructions.
• You will manage all types of reports generated by users.
• You will actively provide excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding user behaviors and the rules of the Virtual Reality world.
• Attendance and availability within standard schedule rotations are required.
• You will participate in “roundtable” sessions to discuss upcoming trends and provide input/feedback to the Support team.
• You will ensure compliance with all client workflows while being exposed to sensitive content, including political speech and cultural discussions.
• You must have a high capacity to keep up with client updates regarding workflows and policies.

Requirements

• Fluency (C1+) in one Nordic language (Icelandic, Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish) + English (B2).
• Availability to work in shifts.
• High resilience to sensitive content.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Wellness sessions.
• Permanent contract.
• International and multilingual environment.
