Job Description:

Well-known social media is looking for candidates to deal with their posted content in different ways.

• You will be a central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users.
• You will develop solutions while utilizing protocols, procedures, and instructions as a starting point.
• You will manage all different types of reports generated by users.
• You will take an active role in providing excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding user behaviors and the rules of the Virtual Reality world.
• Attendance and availability within standards (schedule rotations).
• Participate in “roundtable” sessions to discuss upcoming trends and provide input/feedback to the Support team to clarify trends or actions needed.
• Expertise in all policies while ensuring compliance with client workflows, being exposed to egregious content, political speech, hate speech, and cultural discussions.
• High capacity to keep up with client updates regarding workflows/policies (“fast learner”).
• Fluency (C1+) in one Nordic language (Icelandic, Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish) and English (B2).
• Available to work in shifts.
• High level of resilience to sensitive content.
• High school diploma or higher.
