What are you going to do?

• Ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the recently deployed internal service that offers secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions, based on chat
  GPT, for the client's employees;
• Proactively monitor the Secure GPT service, identifying issues and ensuring swift resolution;
• Take ownership of service issues and incidents, driving through to resolution and communicating updates to stakeholders;
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the processes and procedures related to the Secure GPT service, and drive implementation of these improvements. (e. g. observability automation improvement: alerts, dashboards, queries, etc);
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to the Secure GPT service;
• Support the broader Secure GPT team in delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years' professional experience as Full
  Stack Developer, focused on Node
  JS and Next
  JS;
• Knowledge of Tailwind and User Interface (UI);
• Knowledge of Fastify;
• Experience in REST API;
• Experience in generative AI, such as Chat
  GPT and LLM (nice to have);
• Knowledge of Infra as a code with Terraform and/or Bicep (nice to have);
• Experience in Github/Dev
  Ops (nice to have);
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
