Job Description

As a New Product Introduction Process Owner, you will be part of the Engagement Marketing department, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships with Infineon’s distribution partners by ensuring effective communication and stocking of all new product introductions in the market. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the global DEM (Distribution Management) organization in a multicultural environment.

In your new role you will:

1. Coordinate the NPI (New Product Introduction) communication amongst stakeholders, comprising representatives from all business divisions and regions.
2. Align ideas, needs, and requirements of all stakeholders, manage escalations when necessary, and cultivate robust relationships with business partners and distributors.
3. Provide tools and process descriptions for the NPI communication process, conduct training for division process leaders and local process experts, and ensure the availability of other necessary resources for the NPI process.
4. Implement the NPI communication plan, including the monthly newsletter to distribution partners, and monitor and analyze business partner key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Lead global performance improvement projects for the NPI process, identify opportunities for process optimizations, and implement changes.
6. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the NPI process and analyze market trends and competitive activities for process innovations and improvements.

Your Profile

You have a
- centric mindset, and recognize that marketing efforts are most effective when they address each individual's specific pain points, which drives you to craft targeted and personalized campaigns. In collaboration with internal customers or counterparts from other organizational units, you strive to understand their concerns and focus on delivering solutions that create value for everyone involved. You establish successful collaborations by clarifying areas of responsibility and coordinating your work with colleagues, regularly sharing insights to ensure mutual success.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. A University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or in a similar field of studies.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in process and stakeholder management, including work in
   - cultural teams and international environments.
3. Proven ability to functionally work with a global team and indirectly contribute to business results.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
5. An analytical mindset, capable of deriving insights from campaign data and making
   - driven decisions.
6. Demonstrated capability to successfully guide, convince, and impact the decisions of others, including at higher management levels.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
8. Fluency in English – proficiency in German is a plus.
