As a Tax Services Staff, you will be a part of our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice. You will provide a wide range of tax services for many of the world's largest multinational companies, helping these corporations identify and solve complex domestic and international tax issues and align various areas of taxation into a
- driven strategy.

Your key responsibilities

As a new graduate, you will participate in and help supervise multiple and challenging tax engagements and deliver innovative tax planning ideas and solutions for our diverse clients.

Skills and attributes for success

1. Advise Portuguese and foreign companies on domestic and foreign tax implications of their operations.
2. Provide timely and
   - quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
3. Enhance technical skills by remaining
   -
   - date on trends, new legislative developments, and tax authority decisions, applying them to complex situations relevant to the client.
4. Identify opportunities for providing tax planning and other special services.
5. Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and maintain the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products.
6. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information.
7. Participate in and contribute to achieving team goals.

To qualify for the role you must have

1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Fiscal Law, Taxation, or similar subjects.
2. An accounting designation or other related experience or certification relevant to an area of specialization.
3. Excellent supervisory, analytical, and leadership ability.
4. A commitment to learning in a tax technology environment.
5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work with tight deadlines.
7. Process-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Mature, proactive, committed, highly motivated, and driven team player.
