Your key responsibilities

1. Collect and centralize the payroll supporting information;
2. Recording all salary information in the HR payroll system;
3. Salary calculations based on different salary schemas, including the calculation of the payroll taxes;
4. Preparation of the monthly statutory payroll statement;
5. Preparing different reports and analysis required by law or by the clients;
6. Provide support to the payroll team;
7. Develop and maintain
   - term and trust client relationships and networks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. Academic degree in Human Resources Management, or similar;
2. Good communication skills in Portuguese and English;
3. Excellent
   - building skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team, and achieve results together;
4. Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills, and the confidence to identify and resolve problems;
5. Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
6. Prior work experience is not required.
