Your Key ResponsibilitiesConsultants identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues. They are generally the primary contact for our clients, responsible for developing work plans, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions and managing other case team members. Consultants work on a variety of client issues, such as developing growth strategies for organizations, performing due diligence on acquisition candidates, assessing attractiveness of potential targets, understanding new markets, turning around underperforming institutions, reducing operating costs and implementing change, and have the opportunity to assume immediate management responsibility.
Skills And Attributes For Success- Perform secondary research using a variety of sources (analyst reports, market research reports, news articles);
- Executing various analyses (customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, macroeconomic forecasting) to support the strategic recommendations;
- Designing and executing
- depth interview guides with key organizational stakeholders, industry experts and customers; - Analyzing business plans and
- forma financial models to help identify key assumptions and drivers; - Managing and directing the analytical efforts of junior team members at the Associate and Senior Associate levels on a daily basis.
- Outstanding academic performance, with a Management course with specialization in Strategy;
- 0-2 years of experience, including in strategic consulting and/or commercial/operational transaction support;
- Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities;
- Proficient in the English language;
- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines;
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated individuals with excellent
- solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. An effective communicator, you’ll be a confident team player equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization.
