The EMC MV/LV North of E-Redes Networks Plataform, whose mission is to ensure the execution of works for Network Connection Requests (MT/BT/IP), as well as the construction of MT, BT, and IP distribution networks, aims to strengthen the team in the Obras area - Guarda:

What you will do:

• Analysis, monitoring, and processing of Connection Requests / Deviations / Disconnections and Reconnections of MT/BT Clients, which aim to:
• Process the request based on the corporate systems: Mobility, JUMP P15; SIT, PROGEST; and POWER BI's, with a view to executing the works / processing and evolution of OT's "work orders";
• Commercial Relations, interaction with MT and BT Clients - Start of works, information and processing of documentation and preparation of the connection process, which includes processing work orders/service orders in line with Dispatch (Preparation and issuance of unavailability requests: Consignments and - corporate system PGPI);
• Interaction with Service Providers - Analysis, monitoring, and management of execution deadlines, processing and
  - up of OT's "work orders" and support to the Service Provider;
• Interaction with various entities: Municipalities, IP, DGEG, etc. Processing bureaucratic matters to streamline the process;
• Processing requests/complaints from clients and entities - corporate systems: JUMP P15, PROGEST, and Active Network "CRI".

What are we looking for:

• Training at the 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Electrical Installations Technician; Electrical Networks Technician and Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas;
• Professional experience between 3 and 8 years as a technical staff in operational functions;
• Experience in the operation of commercial relations with various stakeholders: Customers, Entities, and Service Providers, which include:
  • General knowledge of the network connection process with good learning aptitude, favoring proficiency in the following corporate systems: JUMP; SIT; PROGEST; Mobility; PGPI; Active Network and POWER BI's;
  • Experience in the dynamization of processes: Analysis, monitoring, and management of data/indicators, in line with the set objectives, requiring constant interaction with service providers, customers, and entities;
  • General knowledge of the electrical system - Medium and Low Voltage Network.
• Proficiency in basic computer navigation knowledge (Windows) and Office tools;
• Residence in Portugal, preferably near the workplace;
• Customer focus, Agility and Speed, Problem Solving, Self-control/Self-confidence, and Process Orientation are key competencies for the performance of the role.
