Main Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage network systems.
• Monitor and support network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Participate in projects to implement and optimize network solutions.
• Analyze and resolve issues within network infrastructures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or a related field.
• Certifications (Preferred): Sophos Firewall, Checkpoint, Cisco CCNA, CCNP.
• Experience: Proven expertise in configuring and managing network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and network security measures, including firewall setups, IDS/IPS, and VPN configurations.
• Availability: Willingness to provide 24/7 support and travel within Portugal.
