What You Will Do:

Provide
- level technical support for Cisco Data Center products to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers via phone/email/Web
Ex. Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot, debug, and tackle product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.

Engage in
- technology collaborations to help tackle issues in heterogeneous network environments. Be a trusted technical authority to worldwide Cisco customers and partners.

You will work together with technical experts in the industry of compute, virtualization, storage, and networking market, looking to learn, install, and resolve complex situations. Who You Are:

Proven technical knowledge in:

1. Networking (CCNA level equivalent or above) and/or network programmability (Dev
   Net Associate level or above)
2. Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting blades and rack servers
3. UCS Manager, UCS-B and C servers, UCS Central
4. Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, FC, FCo
   E, i
   SCSI, CIFS, NFS, PXE)
5. Operating Systems, Virtualization, and hypervisors (Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat, SUSE, or VMware)

Complementary skills on any of these technologies:

1. TACACS, RADIUS, LDAP
2. CPU, DIMM, BMC, IPMI, QPI, PCIe
3. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Python, Linux, API

We'll be very impressed if you can also show any of these certifications:

1. Cisco Expert-level certifications (CCNP/CCIE Data Center)
2. Red Hat Certified (RHCSA)
3. Vm
   Ware Certified (VCP)
4. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
5. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
6. SUSE Certified Administrator (SCA)
