Network Planning Engineer

Estudos de Rede BT department is looking for a Networks Planning & Projects Engineer.
What you will do:
- Planning the low voltage electrical network by conducting studies for new customer connection requests and proactive studies aiming to improve network performance. This involves addressing current network limitations and ensuring readiness for future energy transition challenges, while guaranteeing regulatory compliance for consumption supply estimates and production reception.
- Identifying investment needs in close collaboration with other Business Units.
- Identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions to optimize the operation of low voltage networks, in coordination with other Business Units.
- Study of innovative solutions related to the monitoring, control, and automation of the low voltage network, such as voltage control, remote network control, and integrating flexibility mechanisms into low voltage network planning.
- Preparing presentations and communications.

What are we looking for:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience in Distribution Networks.
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office, MS Power
BI, and databases. - Analytical skills.
- Collaboration and networking mindset.
- Agility and quick thinking.
- Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Fluency in English in oral and written expression.
