Associated with the Galeries Lafayette group and present in Portugal, in Leiria, La Redoute is looking for a Network Engineer.

The Network Engineering team is responsible for the management and support of the company's global network. We manage a geographically dispersed network with both local and
- based infrastructure. We are involved in everyday activities as well as project work spread across the La Redoute IT organization including Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, DBA, Development, etc.

This role will be involved in managing, designing, and evolving our current network infrastructure.

Your job will be managing the current systems, working on migration projects, automating processes, improving system performance, and troubleshooting problems. You will have the opportunity to work in a diversified ecosystem with a high focus on pushing the envelope of newer technologies.

We are looking for someone who is a team player with good soft skills, highly motivated, and not afraid to think outside the box.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our current
  - prem and
  - based infrastructure with a focus on resiliency and
  - availability.
• Promote “continuous improvement” of our network infrastructure.
• Promote IAC (Infrastructure as code) and Dev
  Ops best practices for automation and scalability of our network infrastructure.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents including
  - mortem tasks to avoid recurrence.
• Analyze network usage, growth patterns, and capacity planning for future infrastructure decisions.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, developers, architects, and managers from different locations to ensure timely deliverables.
• Ensure level 2 and if applicable level 3 support for changes, requests, and incidents in production environments and provide adequate responses with the possibility to participate in the
  - call 24/7 support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Network Engineering role
• Switching (Cisco Nexus and Catalyst)
• Routing (BGP)
• Firewall (Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Forcepoint)
• Azure Architecture (hub and spoke)
• Able to work with autonomy, proactivity, leadership, ownership, coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Good presentation with excellent communication skills (written, listening, and speaking),
  - centered attitude, teamwork, and highly motivated.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
• Experience with Cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience working within an AGILE methodology
