Responsibilities:

1. Manage the maintenance of the infrastructure with standardized processes and automated tools;
2. In charge of the provisioning and maintenance to all areas to ensure appropriate Network solutions and controls in the infrastructure environment;
3. Participate in infrastructure and business projects to define the most efficient network architecture;
4. Lead the maintenance of network solutions to enable effective management of business and technical requirements;
5. Provision of detailed and Low Level Design documentation with subsequent liaison with other team members;
6. Manage 3rd party suppliers for operational effectiveness and to influence design decisions to ensure maximum business benefit is obtained from the network infrastructure;
7. Own the operational vendor relationships;
8. Provide second line support for network infrastructure (Data Centres and offices);

Your Profile:

1. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar functions;
2. Juniper JNCIP or Cisco CCNP (CCNA can be considered);
3. Understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure;
4. MPLS VPN design and implementation;
5. Security Oriented mindset;
6. Network trace analysis skills in critical and complex environments;
7. English speaking and writing;
8. Change Management process experience (ITIL).
