We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior. NET Developer / Dev
Ops Engineer to join a dynamic team within a leading Financial Services organization. This role focuses on delivering new business features while driving the company's Agile/Dev
Ops transformation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in. NET development, microservices, and Azure Dev
Ops, along with experience in building and managing web services in both test and production environments. As part of a
- functional team, you will play a key role in developing
- quality IT solutions and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Development & Leadership: Lead the development and maintenance of
  - critical applications using. NET Framework and microservices with. NET 6 or. NET 8.
• Web Service Management: Build, manage, and support web services in test and production environments, ensuring application reliability and scalability.
• Containerized Applications: Develop and manage containerized applications using Azure Dev
  Ops pipelines, programming and testing microservices in a containerized environment.
• Security Compliance: Apply security coding standards to ensure compliance with industry security protocols.
• Collaboration & Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to manage and execute the product backlog.
• Operations & System Administration: Perform Dev
  Ops-related operations and system administration tasks to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing system support.
• Solution Design & Support: Design, build, and support IT solutions that meet functional and
  - functional requirements, delivering scalable and
  - quality solutions.
• Agile/Dev
  Ops Contribution: Play an active role in the organization’s Agile/Dev
  Ops evolution, enhancing development processes.
• Scrum Team Participation: Actively contribute to a distributed Scrum team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills & Experience

Development Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience delivering
  - level. NET solutions, including. NET Framework, ASP. NET, MVC, C# (version 6 and above), T-SQL, SQL Server, EF Core, RESTful web services, and Microservices architecture.

Dev
Ops & Containerization:

• Kubernetes, Docker Swarm (Red
  Hat-based images) and containerized application development.
• Azure Dev
  Ops (CI/CD pipelines, build, and deployment).
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Cloud & Frontend Technologies:

• Azure Cosmos DB / Mongo
  DB.
• Azure Function Apps.
• Core API, React
  JS, React Native.
• Azure SQL Database.

Agile & Product Ownership:

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, actively contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Exposure to IT product/application ownership concepts.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the Financial or Insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Azure Dev
  Ops, Agile, or related areas are a plus.
