Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is looking for a native French speaker to work as an Operations Customer Expert for a global leader in Lisbon, Portugal!

The job

To support the company's customers, act as a brand ambassador and continually elevate the customer experience throughout the customer's lifecycle, transforming each point of contact into opportunities to create brand engagement, trust and loyalty, with a 1st point of contact mindset.

The activities

1. Serving customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, identifying, understanding and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations;
2. Achieving high customer satisfaction through personalized, professional communication by applying brand tone to every touch point and situation;
3. Using all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue;
4. Being the ambassador and having specialized knowledge of our products, sustainability services and commitments, continuously learning and taking advantage of new knowledge and skills in his own work;
5. Creating sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influencing high value customers, size or order value through genuine interest in customers and their habits, taking advantage of relevant offers.

What we are looking for

1. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly;
2. Native level of French and some fluency in English;
3. A proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what's right for the community;
4. Attention to detail and a
   - driven mindset;
5. Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
