About Us:

1. The NAC, Network Assistance Center, is based in Portugal and part of the Mercedes-Benz Region Europe organization.
2. We represent Mercedes-Benz and the local Market Centers towards the European Network, providing support to European Retailers in a wide portfolio of
   - sales areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring claim trends by analysing recurring fault codes and identifying unusual patterns.
2. Making use of data analysis and BI tools to generate reports and dashboards with useful insights.
3. Reviewing and updating
   - set claim tables and parameters to enhance automation and accuracy, while defining thresholds and criteria for manual claim reviews based on cost, volume, local requests, or other risk indicators.
4. Handling claims assessment with the goal of avoiding unjustified service contract costs for the company.
5. Collaborating with
   - functional teams across Europe on the full range of Mercedes-Benz
   - sales areas to identify solutions and provide answers to continuously meet our customers' and stakeholders' expectations.
6. Contributing to process optimization and providing strategic support in reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in data analysis or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Fluent in English as corporate language (mandatory).
3. Nice to have: native or excellent level of another European language (German, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Czech, Slovak).
4. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills.
5. Ability to analyse, plan and prioritize.
6. High team spirit, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility, and dynamism.
7. Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Qlik knowledge is considered a plus).
8. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to interpret large datasets.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
10. Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
11. Experience in automotive sector and customer care is valued.
