Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) in French, Dutch, and German.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve
  - related issues, and handle complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely and effective solutions to customer needs.
• Maintain customer records, ensuring all issues and resolutions are accurately logged and followed up on.
• Contribute to enhancing customer experience by providing insightful feedback on product improvements and service optimization.
• Be the go-to person for customers, providing them with clear, helpful, and timely information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language skills: Fluent in French, Dutch, and German (written and spoken). A strong command of English is also required for internal communication.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus, but we are open to motivated individuals with a passion for helping others and a strong desire to learn.
• Personality: Positive,
  - oriented, and
  - focused, with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and modern communication tools.
• Location: You should be willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (EU citizens only).
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work in a dynamic team environment.
