Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide
  - notch customer support in French, Dutch, and German through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for each customer.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver effective solutions to customer challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and
  - up on any open cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes by providing valuable feedback based on customer interactions.
• Be the go-to expert for all customer queries, providing timely, clear, and helpful information.

Who You Are:

• Language Skills: You’re fluent in French, Dutch, and German (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
• Experience: While previous experience in customer service or a call center is beneficial, it’s not required. A passion for helping customers and a willingness to learn are key!
• Customer-Oriented: You have a positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet, offering solutions to customer challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and various communication platforms to assist customers effectively.
• Based in Braga, Portugal: This position is only open to candidates who are already based in Braga or willing to relocate independently, as relocation support is not available for this role.
• Team Spirit: You work well in a collaborative environment, contributing to team success and creating a positive workplace culture.
