A Drive on Holidays, recently acquired by Movida Finance, a company fully owned by Movida Participações (Grupo Simpar), which operates in the RAC and Renting business with a fleet of over 200, 000 vehicles in Brazil, is looking for candidates to join the team at its Madeira store as a Shuttle Receptionist (M/F/D) who want to embrace a project where they can actively contribute to its success.

Funções:

• Transport customers between the store and the airport safely, practicing defensive driving, accommodating luggage, and assisting customers with loading and unloading;
• Receive, welcome, and accompany the customer between the Meeting Point and the shuttle that will transport the customer to the store, following the behavioral practices defined by the company;
• Suggestive sales promotion, clearly explaining the characteristics of each product sold at the counter, addressing any questions that may arise, without employing any forced sales strategy;
• Comply with all internal procedures in your area or other company departments.

Perfil:

• Passion for customer service;
• Strong focus on compliance with road safety regulations;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar roles;
• Intermediate knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of the Portuguese language;
• Driving license for at least 1 year;
• Experience in driving 9-seater vehicles;
• Salary package composed of a fixed part (base salary, shift allowance, and meal allowance) and a variable part (dependent on monthly targets to be achieved).
