The role:

• Configure, implement, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure maximum system performance and reliability.
• Configure and
  - tune monitoring dashboards and alerts to effectively identify and address issues proactively.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex technical problems and performance bottlenecks using Dynatrace data.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate Dynatrace monitoring into the development and deployment processes.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and insights based on Dynatrace data to support
  - making and continuous improvement efforts.

What we expect you to have:

• Proven experience as a user or administrator of Dynatrace.
• Knowledge in Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Dynatrace certification is a plus.
• Scripting knowledge.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Open to work hybrid in Lisbon or Porto.
