The role:

• Configure, implement, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure maximum system performance and reliability,
• Configure and
  - tune monitoring dashboards and alerts to effectively identify and address issues proactively,
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex technical problems and performance bottlenecks using Dynatrace data,
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate Dynatrace monitoring into the development and deployment processes,
• Deliver comprehensive reports and insights based on Dynatrace data to support
  - making and continuous improvement efforts.

What we expect you to have:

• Proven experience as user or adminstrator of Dynatrace,
• Knowledge in Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform,
• Dynatrace certification is a plus,
• Scripting knowledge,
• Proactivity, curiosity, pedagogy,
• Fluency in English is mandatory,
• Open to work hybrid in Lisbon or Porto.
