Role Overview:We are looking for a Monitoring and Observability Specialist to join our Digital Transformation team!You will be responsible for implementing, configuring and optimizing the Monitoring and Observability platform to ensure comprehensive observability and efficient performance monitoring of our IT systems. [Offices in Lisbon (hybrid)]. What you will do :Deploy and configure monitoring solutions across various environments;Deploy and configure observability solutions across various environments;Utilize various tools to monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimizing resource utilization;Implement effective alerting and incident response mechanisms. We are looking for:In-depth understanding of Observability and Monitoring platforms , including their components, architecture, and features;Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and maintaining monitoring solutions in diverse environments;Proficiency in tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, among others, are highly valued;Experience in creating Dashboards or Visualizations from various data sources is valued.
