About the Job

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or similar;
2. 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory administration;
3. 3+ years of experience in Endpoint Manager SCCM Intune administration;
4. 3+ years of experience in Windows 10 11 implementation, configuration, maintenance and support;
5. 3+ years of experience in 2nd line support;
6. Technical knowledge of Powershell, and M365 workloads;
7. Basic network knowledge (TCPIP, DNS);
8. Knowledge of ticketing processes and tools;
9. Good organizational skills, time management, multitasking and prioritization of tasks;
10. Enjoy working efficiently and effectively in a multidisciplinary and agile team environment;
11. Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills;
12. Passion for understanding business models, development, monitoring, analysing problems, gathering evidence, identifying causes and finding solutions;
13. Proactivity in suggesting improvements in logging systems, metrics and alarmistics to better get your work done;
14. Proactivity in suggesting improvements to platforms and/or tools to assist in day to day work;
15. Able to adapt the speech to the various stakeholders with whom he interacts (business, engineering, etc. );
16. Retail experience/knowledge is a plus;
17. Availability for travel to Porto, Azambuja and Madrid;
18. Availability to perform
    - call prevention;
19. Microsoft Certifications are valued;
