- end workforce solutions tailored to meet the demands of Australia’s mining and resources sector. We are currently recruiting on behalf of several civil construction clients that have secured major contracts across Western Australia (FIFO & Perth Metro), commencing from March 2025 onwards.
About the Role: We are seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators with extensive backgrounds / operating experience across the following scopes of work and projects:
- Bulk & Detailed Earthworks
- Road Construction
- Tailings Storage Facilities
- Residential Subdivisions
- Culvert & Drainage Works
- Rail Maintenance
- Installation of Underground Services
- Labourers & Spotters
- HR Drivers, Tipper, Watercart, Dump Truck & Roller Operators
- Loader, Excavator, Skid Steer & Posi Track Operators
- Dozer, Grader & Scraper Operators
- Final Trim / GPS Operators (Topcon, Trimble, Leica – +/- 0-30mm tolerances)
- Minimum 2 years of civil operating experience on relevant machines
- HR-A Driver’s Licence (Highly Advantageous)
- RII Plant Operator Tickets (Essential)
- BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, and Roy Hill Inductions (Advantageous)
- WA Construction White Card
- Ability to pass a
- employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Top pay rates + super on all hours worked
- Weekly pay + monthly super payments
