IT Transformation
Cegid is starting the transformation of its internal IT / Infrastructure through the modernization and simplification of its technological footprint, the implementation of a new operating model and a new organization driven by service catalogue and globalization, along with the growth and internalization of the whole group.
As a Middleware Service Delivery Manager you will:
- Oversee the delivery of middleware services, ensuring they meet SLAs and user expectations.
- Work closely with application development teams, system administrators, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors to procure, implement, and manage middleware solutions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of middleware services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage
- related incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations. - Continuously evaluate and improve middleware service delivery processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of middleware configurations, service delivery processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure middleware services comply with relevant regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.
