Founded in 2006 with the mission "To Challenge Complexity", Closer Consulting is a Data Science company specializing in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

We seek a Middle Data Engineer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid/remote model in Lisbon (*must live in Portugal - mandatory).

Are you the one?

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data warehouse solution and infrastructure.
• Implement ETL processes to load data into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data models align with business requirements.
• Monitor and maintain data warehouse performance, security, and availability.
• Know-How with Azure/Azure Databricks or Fabric.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling.
• Experience with SQL language and SQL Server Integration Services.
• Experience with DAX Language, Tabular Semantic Models - SSAS Tabular or Power BI.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Python or R languages.
• Have a taste for the sports sector & soccer.
