What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and participate in daily scrums, collaborating with
   - functional teams.
2. Plan tasks and support team leaders in coordinating development activities.
3. Develop backend solutions with a Microservices approach for our
   - commerce and retail technology stack.
4. Contribute to the migration of a monolithic application to a serverless microservices architecture.
5. Improve and maintain
   - quality code using best development methodologies.
6. Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development with C# and. NET.
2. Experience with relational databases, specifically SQL.
3. Knowledge and application of Design Patterns.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Strong
   - solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
6. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
7. Passion for supply chain and logistics is a plus.

Preferred Location:

1. Ideally based in Lisbon, but exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered.
2. Occasional
   - office presence to support junior team members and collaborate effectively.
