Mid Functional Analyst
A BA who manages a product throughout the Product Lifecycle. From analysing user requirements, over design to product marketing.
Responsibilities

- Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent
- making. - Support the product owner on his decision making. The PO will have the market analysis and you will have the delivery data; you will have to align with the PO to spot the best quick wins and help the PO to prioritize the backlog to maximize the value delivered.
- Make sure the deadlines are met and the deliveries are aligned with the release schedule, so the new developments are delivered on time.
- Able to translate
- level requirements received from PO into user stories in the form of acceptance criteria. - Align with the QA team so the new deliveries are tested and ready to go live, and once live, the quality is up to standards.
- Align with Tech leads to ensure the team is giving their best and the solution they are working on is
- proof. - Make sure all dependencies on other teams are resolved before the new developments are picked up. This could mean coordinating with other dev teams, design teams, or even with the Product Owner, to ensure your dev team has everything needed to start development.
- Negotiate with PO and other stakeholders to ensure the requirements are feasible and the deadlines are reasonable.
Profile
- As you’re wearing many hats, you need good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Understanding of the Scrum framework.
- Knowledge of AEM is a plus.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Collect, analyze, specify, and document the business and functional requirements.
- Establish and execute test cases from business/functional perspectives to verify that the solution complies with all requirements.
