This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days per week in the office.

As aMicrosoft Systems Administrator, you will work for a leading telecommunications client, managing and optimizing IT environments with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and virtualization solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Skype for Business.
• Administer hybrid Office 365 environments, with expertise in Teams, Share
  Point, One
  Drive, and Exchange.
• Set up tenants in O365, configure hybrid Cloud/On-Premises environments, implement security policies, and manage licensing and permissions.
• Install, configure, and manage software distribution tools and optimize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Deploy, update, and manage Windows 10 images and software installation processes.
• Administer VMware Horizon-based virtual desktop (VDI) environments, including Windows client image creation and optimization, pool management, and user support.
• Configure and manage
  - virus (Trend Micro) and
  - spam (Anubis) tools.
• Support and administer Cornerstone tools, including platform configuration, licensing, and reporting.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft architectures and hybrid Cloud/On-Premises environments.
• Experience with SCCM for software distribution, image optimization, and update processes.
• Proficiency with Office 365 services, particularly Teams and security configuration.
• Expertise in VMware Horizon and ESX setup, upgrades, and optimization.
• Familiarity with
  - virus and
  - spam tools like Trend Micro and Anubis.
• Strong
  - solving skills and a proactive approach to user support.
