You’ll be focused in

1. Providing training and support to users on Microsoft Copilot best practices and usage
2. Support for Copilot integration to further services
3. Monitoring and analyzing the usage of Microsoft Copilot to identify areas for improvement and driving capacity needs (licensing, usage, etc)
4. Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft Copilot features and updates
5. Supporting in developing and maintaining Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
6. Collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and support them with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
7. Setting Governance Strategies for Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
8. Develop the Microsoft Copilot strategy at MAN
9. Building strong Microsoft Copilot Community at MAN for collaboration between users

In order to succeed, you’ll need

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
2. Proven experience (3+ years) with Microsoft M365 Technology within enterprise environment
3. Experience with composable AI tools like Power Platform within enterprise environment
4. General awareness on AI topics and LLMs in the market
5. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, M365 administration and tenant settings
6. Change and Adoption Management
7. Service Development & Management and ITSM
8. Strong communication and analytical skills
9. Great English skills, both written and spoken.
