We are an electricity producer from wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage and also a service provider to 3rd party clients such as Development, EPC, O&M and Distribution. Today we are in 20 countries, split among 4 continents, and offering a global operating capacity to our clients. We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.

Our O&M Business Line is looking for a Methods & Process Engineer who will have the following responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

• Implement maintenance methodologies;
• Assess LCC (Life Cycle Cost) for main systems and provide recommendations and models;
• Monitor maintenance quality KPI’s and implement continuous improvement processes;
• Elaborate technical instructions and operational guides for O&M Activity;
• Review, adapt and optimize maintenance plans;
• Develop tools to improve O&M sustainability and efficiency based on reliability tools and technics – FTA, FMEA, ROE;
• Review equipment codification for integration into CMMS.

Develop and spread procedures and best practices:

• Provide training;
• Improve and develop maintenance procedures;
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs;
• Establish and spread internal standards for O&M Business Line;
• Define and implement Improvement Projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Engineering and Industrial Management;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar responsibilities;
• LEAN SIX SIGMA, Green Belt certification or Black belt is a plus;
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus;
