As a Medical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Take charge of coordinating the care journey for our expatriate policyholders with serious and/or chronic conditions (regular contacts with our policyholders and healthcare providers).
• Process medical files for our various activities (Management of prior authorizations, membership requests, sick leave, and disability claims) in the France and/or international scope based on priorities and urgency.
• Organize the medical prevention services subscribed by our clients (Health
  - ups, prevention campaigns).
• Implement and coordinate cost control actions.
• Provide regular reporting on the activities within your scope.

Required Profile:

• Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector would be a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
