Material Compliance and Hazardous Materials Engineer

Trofa we are currently looking for a
Material Compliance and Hazardous Materials Engineer
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Request, and evaluate safety data sheets with regard to prohibited and declarable substances in accordance with legal,
- specific and Preh requirements - Coordinate material workflows (e. g. , Raw Material Warrant) and ensure data is transferred to the ERP system.
- Manage substitutions and
- up processes (e. g. , change requests). - Adapt and improve material compliance processes and workflows.
- Develop and deliver training on material compliance and hazardous materials to employees at all locations.
- Work with different departments to coordinate and plan training sessions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed relevant training (e. g. , Chemical) with experience in material compliance or hazardous materials.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing hazardous materials and working with raw materials.
- Strong understanding of materials such as plastics, paints, adhesives, and other raw materials, with a focus on hazardous substances.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Good communication skills.
- Solution-oriented.
- Initiative, proactivity and capacity to work autonomously.
