We are recruiting a Master Production Scheduler (M/F) to lead company, based in the Porto Region.

MISSION & DELIVERABLES:

• Start the monthly routine, over a
- term horizon;

• Evaluate programs and production needs, including recovery plans;

• Define the associated production scenarios according to the plant schedule and availability of all resources;

• Propose the best solution to meet the requirements of programs/factories using production scenarios carried out;

• Prepare and participate in or lead production meetings main involving all stakeholders;

• Obtain commitments and encourage participants not to postpone planning every time;

• Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring execution of the production plan and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions;

• Formalize the production scenario and communicate the plan to all stakeholders;

• Enforce the schedule (be accountable);

• Maintain planning parameters and templates within planning tools;

• Update SAP;

• Act as focal point to consolidate data & planning related to all Production Scheduler;

• Develop
- functional team working;

• Understand the human aspect of change to accompany the teams in implementing new ways of working.

PROFILE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Higher education in Industrial Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;

• Professional experience of more than 5 years in similar functions;

• Significant experience in industry, particularly in production management.

• Knowledge of industrial processes;

• Knowing how to be expected: Ability to communicate and work in a team, autonomy, rigor, organization and method, perseverance and strength of proposal;

• Team leadership;

• Ability to analyze and make decisions;

• Rigor, organization, commitment and proactivity;

• Advanced level in English is required;

• Knowledge of SAP and Office Pack required.
