About Sodexo Business Services (SBS)

Portugal is no exception! Five years ago, we established Sodexo Business Services (SBS), our shared service center. Here, you will have the opportunity to join various Financial teams such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, and Master Data, supporting European markets and ensuring business growth.

We are looking for talented professionals to be part of our team, bringing unique skills and perspectives to help us grow even further.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Master Data: Customer creation and maintenance in SAP, critical data validation, and ensuring accurate and compliant creation.
2. Contract Setup: Update billing contract information into the ERP, maintain contracts, and vendor creation and maintenance in SAP.
3. Profit/Cost Centre: Create and maintain profit center/cost center/WBS; create and maintain profit center hierarchy.
4. Delegation of Authorities (DOA) Management: Manage employees (creation and updates) and maintain DOA structure.
5. Chart of Accounts: Create and maintain G/L accounts and bank master data.
6. Employees: Expense account
   - up ensuring that changes are properly authorized.
7. Exchange Rates: Maintain account
   - up.
8. Selling materials: Create and maintain selling materials, support audits and internal controls, support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems, and data cleansing.
9. Support Data Compliance.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Strong command of verbal and written English.
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Ability to manage a
  - volume workload while maintaining accuracy; strong organization is key.
• Proactive, responsive, and
  - oriented.
• Ability to deal with change.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn, understand, and assist others on a wide range of complex processes.
• Exceptionally high attention to detail required with a “Right first Time” approach.
• Ability to confidently address
  - compliance and adhere to internal processes and procedures at all times.
• Ability to understand root causes of issues and proactively resolve them.
