What you will be doing:

1. Defines Business Requirements: Works with
   - functional teams to define customer and business requirements to enhance the experience and obtains necessary
   - functional prioritization.
2. Leads Cross-Functional Implementation: Acts as project lead to implement the experience enhancement; ensuring that robust solution is built and successfully brought to market.
3. Monitors Value Delivery: Monitors success of implementation against agreed KPIs and target outcomes. When necessary, takes action to course correct and ensure value delivery.
4. Acts as Customer Advocate: Ensures customer centricity throughout the project and that end solution delivers true customer value.

   - functional team from assessment to implementation.
